I - MANAGE SUPPLIERS ORDERS:
  • Create/Edit supplier order. Different ways are available to add products on fly in cart:
  Tab 1: Reuse and load products from last made orders in cart.
  Tab 2: Add out of stock products.
  Tab 3: From customers' backorders.
  Tab 4: From a CSV file import.
  Tab 5: From input auto-complete search.
  • Ability to set a conditioning quantity (e.g.: 10 boxes of 100 gloves) for the order form sent to supplier.
  • Specify a discount and tax rate for each product/combination.
  • Change order language & currency.
  • Display a summary area of the order to have an idea of total to spend (total products, total discounts, total taxes, total shipping and total incl. tax).
  • Define for each order a reference number, delivery order number (assigned by the supplier), expected delivery date, shipping cost, warehouse, etc.
  • Manage partial deliveries: Generate new order for an incomplete delivery (missing products).
  • Manage Payments: Each complete or partial payment transaction is saved for supervising.
  • Export orders list to CSV file; Change status / delete orders.
  • Download supplier Order Form (Supported Formats: PDF, XLS, XLSX).
  • Send Order Form by email to supplier's contacts. (If with customer' delivery address, so the supplier can send the order directly to the customer).
  • Update real stock & wholesale prices of your products when supplier's order has been delivered.
  • You can write a message and have it be sent to the supplier, in order to give him information regarding the order, a delay, etc.
  • Print order; Write and save some notes about order; etc.

II - MANAGE CUSTOMERS BACKORDERS:
  • This section provides you a general overview of customers' backorders (that need replenishment). You can also look for customers' orders with other statuses.
  • You can create in bulk suppliers' orders to help you saving time.
  • You can manage directly related backorders for each product/combination in cart during editing supplier's order.

III - MANAGE STOCK, MINIMUM STOCK, TARGET QUANTITIES, ALERTS:
  • This section provides you a products list with differents quantities informations that you can manage quickly such as the real stock, the minimum stock (low stock level), target quantity, the minimal quantity to buy.
  • You can create quickly a supplier' order for a selection of products that:
- Are out of stock.
- Real quantities are less than minimal quantities to buy.
- Real quantities are less than target quantities (which is the usual quantity to order from supplier).
- Min. stock (low stock level from which the supplier order should be launched) have been reached.
  • Send manually orders forms to suppliers (can be handled automatically through cron task).
  • When your stock reach the critical minimum or out-of-stock, red alert will notify you to handle these products.

IV - MANAGE ORDER FORM TEMPLATES:
  • Create/Customize/Preview/Duplicate order form templates according to your needs.
  • Order form is fully editable by using a rich text editor and replacement tags.
  • Determine which columns to display in products table list (image, quantity, price, etc.).

V - OTHER BACKOFFICE FEATURES:
  • Create multiple contacts per supplier that you can select when sending Order Form.
  • Manage supplier orders statuses.
  • Define Delivery days (to evaluate the risk), default shipping cost, default currency and VAT Exemption for each supplier.
  • Statistics by supplier / all suppliers: Number of placed orders, Number or ordered products, Total orders; Total in stock; Total cost.
  • Make available some hooks in backoffice for better tracking: Display related suppliers orders on customer's order pages, product pages ; Add "expected delivery date" column in front of each product of a customer order.
  • Option to allow updating customers' orders statuses from "On Backorder" to "Processing in progress" when updating real stock.
  • Option to request from the supplier to send back a read-receipt when he receives the order form for better tracking.
  • Set emails addresses of employees who should receive a copy of Order Form sent to suppliers for internal tracking.
  • Know who created the order (Super admin see all while the others view only their orders).
  • Options to customize the supplier order reference format.
  • And many other options to discover.
  • Multi-Shops.

VI - FRONOFFICE FEATURES:
  • Track your orders by giving your suppliers the ability to define through your shop (via a dedicated form) the final delivery date.
  • Remind and incite your suppliers during a predefined period to validate their final orders deliveries dates (via cron task).
  • Let your customers/visitors know when they should receive their orders/products by displaying the expected delivery date notification on:
- order detail page.
- cart.
- products listing pages.
- product page (in different hooks).
  • Option to display the closest/furthest delivery date of order if a product should be provided by differents suppliers.

  • Add order reference information to the subject's email when a new order is sent to supplier.
  • Improve advanced stock management module features.
  • Add ability to define the default status you want a supplier order to take after order form has been sent to supplier.
  • Add a new order status : "Partially delivered", This one is to take for order when it is not completely delivered.
  • Partial orders management: add ability to update stock directly without being forced to create new order for undelivered products.
  • Improvement: When adding backorder to supplier order and product is already out-of-stock, make it equal to 0 if negative quantity.
  • Fix some other minor issues.
