Reward your customers and further increase their loyalty! Customize the number of loyalty points for each product and each category. You can also easily add or edit each customer's points.

What this module does for you

Build customer loyalty

You can promote specific products by multiplying the points and giving a higher reward to your customers. If you want, you can also specify a specific date range to set the duration of the special points.
You can reward customers with additional points and modify, at any time, the loyalty points awarded to each customer;
You can see the chronology of loyalty points of your customers;
Now, loyalty points are displayed on the product page and also on the cart page: the number of points displayed changes dynamically;
The points of each product can also be shown on the category page
Your customers can convert their loyalty points into vouchers directly in their user accounts;
The loyalty program can be completely personalized according to your needs: choose an expense / point ratio, the validity of the points, the minimum amount of points to be collected, the categories included in the loyalty program and more options.

Installation

If you use a PrestaShop 1.6.x version you need to install the native and free PrestaShop module, "Loyalty Program".

If you are using PrestaShop 1.7.x, the module doesn’t require the installation of other add-ons.

Features

Assign a special number of loyalty points to specific products or to specific categories: you can specify a number of points in two different ways:

Fixed amount: a defined amount of points will be awarded instead of the default amount. For example: your ecommerce offers a product at 100 €, with a ratio of 10 € = 1 point; in this case the customer should get 10 points for the purchase of the product. You can set a reward of 50 points for this product.

Multiplier: The number of points awarded by default can be multiplied by a specific number. For example: you have a product at € 100, with a ratio of € 10 = 1 point; the customer should get 10 points. You can set a multiplier “x2” for that specific product, and the customer will receive 20 points after purchase.

In the Back Office, you can find the list of customers organized in ascending / descending order according to the number of points;

Customers can use their coupons partially. If the amount of the voucher is greater than the value of the cart, a new reduction voucher is automatically created with the difference value;

The points of each product can also be shown on the category page ;

It is possible to manually adjust the points for a specific customer: choose a customer from the list you find in the back office, then add a number of points. Points are immediately added to the customer's account.

You can also modify or delete already existing points; You can now export the list of loyalty points via a .csv file;

You can configure a minimum amount to use the discount voucher;

The module can calculate the points on the price with or without taxes.

You can offer points to new customers registered on your site. It's a great way to attract new customers

You can completely customize the loyalty program with just a few clicks. More specifically you can:

define the ratio expense/points
set the value of a point in the currency of your site
define the minimum amount to use coupon
define if taxes are included in the coupon or not
define when points are awarded based on order status
define whether the products on flash promotion are included in the loyalty program or not
define the product categories included in the program
set a status that removes points. For example, if an order is cancelled, points will no longer be awarded

What's New in Version 2.3.0

N.B: version 2.0 of the module is only available for Prestashop 1.7.x

The module is guaranteed and updated for PrestaShop 1.7.X versions. The module is no longer updated for previous PrestaShop versions (PS 1.5.x - 1.6.X).For this reason, the support service does not cover problems relating to PrestaShop versions prior to 1.7.X.

You can now export the list of loyalty points via a .csv file
You can assign a specific number of points for each category
You can impose a minimum amount to use the discount voucher
The module can calculate the points on the price of the product taxes included or taxes excluded
The module indicates the number of points that the customer can obtain buying the products in the cart
You can offer points to new customers registered to your site
Customers can use the voucher partially
The “Loyalty program” module works with PrestaShop widgets. Using the module options, you can copy the module widgets, then paste them into your theme files, on the product page and on the cart page.

Recommendation

We recommend that you configure the module once and don’t make any further changes once the loyalty program has started.
The module, for the moment, does not support currency conversion. The fixed “expenses / points” ratio will be the same for all currencies. For example, if a point corresponds to 1 euro of purchases, it will also correspond to 1 dollar. The module does not calculate points differently depending on the currency.
Remember that resetting the module will permanently erase your customers' points.
Before proceeding with a module update, back up your data.
