A: There are two ways in which an admin can allow customers to create orders via WhatsApp. Those two ways are: 
1) The first way is to send the product details on WhatsApp. And, after that, an admin will create the order manually on the customer’s behalf. Here, an important thing to note is that an admin can decide which product details will be shared in a message. 
2) The second way allows customers to create the order & send the order details.   

Q: Can we also enquire about products on Whatsapp using this module?
A: Well yes, the WhatsApp enquiry button is available on product tiles as well as the product page.   

Q: Is there a chat system available?
A: Yes, the customers can initiate a chat with the admin on Whatsapp.   

Q: Is it possible to restrict products from enquiring via Whatsapp?
A: Yes, you can select the categories on which you want to show the “Product Enquiry” button. Thus, on the products of the selected category only, the Product enquiry option will appear.
 
Q: Can the discount be applied on the orders done through Whatsapp?
