What this module does for you

A warranty is something that ensures customers that the product(if found defective) will either be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer.

A warranty is active on a product for a certain period of time & the terms & conditions set forth by the manufacturer will be fulfilled if the product gets defective under the said period of time.

Using this module, you can offer the following types of warranties to your customers.

  • General Warranty: It is a type of warranty that can be offered to customers directly on buying the product at no extra cost.
  • Extended Warranty: It’s a type of warranty that can be offered to customers to buy along with the product at some extra cost.
  • Manual Warranty: It is a type of warranty that a customer can add manually using the warranty serial number.

The time period of the manual warranty registered by customers is the same as the general warranty being offered on the product.

Although, for an extended warranty, you can set a time period of your own choice.

Warranty Card

After the order status reaches a certain required status set by the shop owner, an option to download the warranty card becomes available at the customer’s end.

This module offers customers to download of the warranty card in PDF format.

The content of the warranty card can also be customized easily from the module configuration page itself.
