  • Online users External or Internal. The external users are customers that are currently in chat and the internal users are online staff members. Any staff member can start chat with external or internal users.
  • Active chats. The tabs with the users that are in chat, it contains sub tabs for every user (chat area, user details, visited pages history, geolocation with google maps)
  • Statistics. Contain 4 tabs (Online visitors, Chat archive, Chat messages, Ratings, Logs)
