Installation

Simple creation of product descriptions on Cdiscount:

The module has been designed to be compatible with all the product categories found on Cdiscount: Household Appliances, Home, Home Furnishings, DIY, Heating, Garden, Pets, IT, Hi-Tech, Telephones, Hi-Fi, TV, Photo, Camcorders, Sat Nav, Car & Motorbike, Clothing, Shoes, Bags & Luggage, Jewellery, Baby Products, Toys, Video Games, Culture, Sport, Wine, Supermarket, Food, etc.

It is easy to create and export your products to Cdiscount by grouping together your attributes: SKU or reference, EAN, name, description, brand, product category, etc.

To create your products on Cdiscount, depending on your seller profile, you can:

Use the EAN codes of your existing products (supplier/manufacturer EAN or own EAN generated by GS1)
Benefit from an EAN exemption code by Cdiscount (mainly for clothing and home goods)

Once you have defined the parameters of your product catalogue, you just need to export it in one click. The products already present on Cdiscount (those with a recognised EAN) will be displayed directly online. For the others, the product descriptions will be generated within a few days and will be automatically placed online as soon as they have been created. Do not use EAN generators, to know more about EAN, make a search with the keywords: "Prestashop, marketplaces and EAN Codes"

Automatic updating of your offer (stock/price)

You can define the parameters of your offers on the module by grouping together your attributes: SKU or reference, EAN, price, stock, VAT, delivery cost & time, sales mechanism if necessary (seasonal sales), etc.

Then launch the updating of the offers in one click.

Your offers will be automatically updated on Cdiscount whenever you make a change to the price, stock, etc. on your PrestaShop site. Similarly, inventories are intelligently managed by automatically decrementing the stock on Cdiscount for items sold on your PrestaShop site (or other connected distribution channels).

Orders

An order tab enables you to directly import the Cdiscount orders into your PrestaShop back office, you can choose:

To import your orders via a scheduled task

Shipping and Notifications:

When you ship an item, the module automatically informs the customer, via Cdiscount, that their order has been shipped and provides the tracking number.

The module supports several carriers; it is possible to notify various carriers of shipments, e.g.: Colissimo, DHL, DPD etc.

The customer is informed by an email sent via Cdiscount. The parcel number and the tracking link appear in their order history in their Cdiscount customer account.

Other Marketplaces:

The module can also be fully integrated with other marketplace modules.

Once your products are online on Cdiscount, you have the opportunity to post your catalogue on other marketplaces; the compatibility with Cdiscount guarantees your catalogue’s compatibility with most other marketplaces.

Pre-configuration:

The module is automatically configured for your store, you install the module, you enter your Cdiscount username, you tick the categories you wish to export and the module is ready to use.

The Cdiscount Marketplace module enables you to place your products online:

• Open an account on the Cdiscount Marketplace
• Install the Cdiscount Marketplace for PrestaShop module
• The module is preconfigured, you simply need to enter your Cdiscount username
• Synchronise your store’s inventory with Cdiscount

Orders will then be automatically imported by scheduled tasks and your inventory will be updated.

NB: A professional account is required.
