This module allows the customer to have one more section in their client account to access their list of tickets. In this list of tickets the customer can see:
  • The ticket reference
  • Title
  • State
  • Priority
  • Creation date
  • Update date

Customers must log in to submit a ticket. It is also possible to access the ticket information, view the conversations and give an answer.

When a customer sends a new ticket or sends a new reply, the administrator receives an email to keep you informed.

Whenever an employee responds to a ticket, the customer receives an email to keep him informed.

A new page is now available to welcome customers to the technical support center. The text of this page can be edited in the configuration of this module.

In the Backoffice, a list of all your tickets appears on the card of each client and a list of tickets associated with that order also appear on each order.

In the backoffice menu you can manage tickets from the menu - Cetasko. The following options are available:

On the dashboard you can see the number of tickets in each state and see at a glance the opened tickets.

This page manages all tickets. A list with all tickets appears. You can view the ticket information, give an answer, edit or delete.

Tickets status
By default 5 states are installed for tickets:
  • Opened
  • In process
  • Waiting answer
  • In tail
  • Closed

In this section you can manage the tickets status. You can edit, add, delete and activate the states.

By default, 2 priorities for tickets are installed:
  • Normal
  • Urgent

In this section you can manage the tickets priorities. You can edit, delete and add new priorities for tickets.

Predefined messages
You can create infinite predefined messages that you can then use in replies to tickets to speed communication.

In the configuration of the module it is possible to:

  • Indicate the email that receives the notifications of the tickets that the clients send.
  • Set the status of the ticket by default.
  • Enable the rich text editor for messages.
  • Allow attachments
  • Indicate the extensions of allowed attachments.

First of all, click “Add new module” at modules tab on back office. You will find it in the top right. After that, select packaged file you have downloaded and click “Upload file”. Now your module appears on modules list. Click on “Install”, and “Configure” next.
You can also unload .zip file and upload it into your modules directory. In this way you will install and configure module from modules admin.
