Prestashop Automatic Customer Group Switcher module enables you to switch or assign specific customer groups to a customer based on product(s) purchase, order total, and total spent in a given date range or lifetime.

What this module does for you

Prestashop Automatic Customer Group Switcher is the only module that allows you to switch or assign customer groups based on various conditions. The extension also maintains a history of customer group changelog for each customer.
Switch or Gain:
The switch option allows you to change the existing customer group with the new one whereas, in case of gain, the gain, the new customer group is assigned along with the previous one.
Assign for Limited Days:
You can assign the customer groups for a specific number of days. Once the days are completed, the customer group is automatically removed and the previous customer group is assigned.
The module allows you to create multiple rules to switch customer group based on various conditions which include,
Product Purchase:
You can choose to switch or assign customer groups based on the purchase of
  • Specific product (When one product is selected)
  • All of the specified Products (When multiple products are selected)
  • Any of the specified products (When multiple products are selected)
Category Purchase:
Switch or assign a customer group when a customer purchases any product from the specified categories
Cart Total:
You can give the minimum and maximum amount range and if the order total falls in that range, the group is automatically switched or assigned based on your settings.
Total Spent:
You can also switch customer groups based on customer total spent over a period of time. The extension automatically calculates the total amount from different orders to switch customer groups.
