By settings some email invalid you can reduce the spam coming from various bots, simply blacklisting part of the email (for example .ru).
Функционал
This module enables the shop owner to blacklist words in the email from contact form. By doing this most of spam can be prevented, simply blacklisting domains. Multiple domains can be specified by separating them with "," and can applied to the first part or the second part of the mail.

Just install the module by uploading the zip or from Prestashop store, and set in the configuration the blacklisted words. The research is case insensitive, this means blacklisting the word "pluto", also blacklists his variants like "Pluto", "plutO", "PLUTO"...
