Your own affiliate program
The module allows you to create an affiliate system in your store in order to reward your loyal customers (commissions on products) and attract new customers (affiliates will send their referral links to other customers).

In your backoffice, the module creates a new "Affiliate system" tab in the menu bar with 3 subtabs:

The module allows you to create an affiliate system in your store in order to reward your loyal customers (commissions on products) and attract new customers (affiliates will send their referral links to other customers).

In your backoffice, the module creates a new "Affiliate system" tab in the menu bar with 3 subtabs:
- "Configuration" tab: you can set the commissions and general configuration of the module
- "Affiliates" tab: you can validate new affiliates and see the affiliate bank information (IBAN) to make wire transfers (to pay the commissions)
- "Orders" tab: you can see the orders with commissions and mark the commissions as paid
- "List of product commissions": The affiliate can see the list of products with commission. On this page, each affiliate has referral links that he/she can send to others customers to bring him/her commissions
- "My commissions": The affiliate can see all his/her commissions and check if they are validated and paid
- "My payment information": The affiliate can set his/her bank information (IBAN) to be able to receive his/her commissions
How does it work?
- You set the commission for each product (for example x% for product A and y€ for product B)
- On his/her customer account, the customer can subscribe as an affiliate
- You will receive an email telling you that one of your customers has subscribed as an affiliate. You can validate or refuse his/her affiliation on the "Affiliates" tab. The affiliate will receive an email when the affiliation is accepted by you.
- Once registered as an affiliate, the new affiliate will have access to 3 new tabs in his/her customer account
- The affiliate can see the commission for each product in the tab "List of product commissions" with the affiliate link next to it
- The affiliate needs to send one affiliate link to other customers
- When the affiliate link is opened, a cookie is created on the customer computer and the order placed will bring commission to the affiliate
- The cookie created applies to all the products with commissions (not only to the product in the link), so the affiliate can send any of the links of the page, the commissions will be valid for all the products that have commissions
- The affiliate can see his/her commissions in the tab "My commissions"
- You can validate a commission by changing the order status (it must be the same status set inside the module)
- The affiliate can set his/her bank information (IBAN/SWIFT) in the tab "My payment information" to be able to receive his/her commissions later
- You will find the affiliate bank information (IBAN/SWIFT) in the "Affiliates" tab and you will just need to make a wire transfer to pay the commission (the module doesn't include any payment device)
- Once the wire transfer done, you can mark the commission as paid in the "Orders" tab
