Secure Payment Options

PrestaShop Braintree Payment Gateway provides customers with a wide range of payment methods:

PayPal

Google Pay

Credit Card

These payment methods offer security and a convenient checkout experience.

Offer Products on Subscription Basis

Allow customers to subscribe to the products they may need regularly. The subscription plan details are displayed on the product page. Customers can purchase subscription products using Paypal, Google Pay, and credit cards. Customers can also cancel their subscriptions.

Subscription Management

Create multiple subscription plans from your Braintree account and assign them to your store products. A list of products to which the customers have subscribed is maintained in the back office. You can view subscription details like billing period start/end date, the number of billing cycles, status, etc from a single place.

Track Transaction History

A separate tab to view a list of all the transactions made via Braintree. Issue refunds for the orders placed via Braintree Payment Gateway.

Accept major credit and debit card brands

The extension supports Mastercard, Visa, American Express, JCB, Discover, Maestro, and UnionPay cards.

PrestaShop Braintree Payment module is MultiShop Compatible.
Let customers pay with PayPal, Google Pay, and credit card when placing orders.
Create subscription plans from the Braintree account and assign them to your products.
Customers can purchase the subscription products using Braintree Payment Gateway.
A separate tab to view a list of transactions done via Braintree.
Refund the amount for the orders placed via the Braintree payment gateway.
View details of all the customers' subscriptions from a single grid.
Customers can view a list of subscriptions and their details right from their accounts.
Both admin and customers can cancel the subscriptions.
Customers cannot add subscription product and regular product in a single cart.

1. You must have the same currency available in your PrestaShop which you have set in your Braintree account. So, you have to import that currency in your Prestashop.

2. You must have PHP 7.2(or above) to use Braintree payment with 3D secure 2 on Prestashop.

3. Prestashop Braintree Payment Gateway module is compatible with PSD2 SCA(Strong Customer Authentication).

4. Prestashop Braintree Payment Gateway Version 1.6 is not compatible with PSD2 SCA as PHP 7.2 version is required for 3D secure and Prestashop Version 1.6 is not fully compatible with PHP 7.2.
