Necessary update of your password on PrestaShop Addons

Hello,

You are currently the holder of an Addons account created from your Paypal account, which allows you to connect to our marketplace.

In order to increase security and simplicity, we are implementing a single authentication system. Therefore, signing in with PayPal won’t be possible on our marketplace, from April 2nd on. Read morearrow_right_alt

To continue to access your personal space on PrestaShop Addons, we simply invite you to reset your password as of now by clicking on the link below.

You will receive a new password allowing you to directly sign in to your Addons account, without using PayPal. Once logged in, you will be able to change this password in your personal space.

Your Addons account will not be affected in any way by this development.

Принципы оказания поддержки

The PrestaShop Migration pack includes:
  • A backup of your current store
  • An upgrade of your store on the latest version of PrestaShop 1.7
  • A theme among a selection made by our care
  • A payment module of your choice
  • A 15% off voucher on modules developed by PrestaShop (for one single order, valid for one month)

Requirements
  • Your store's back office must be accessible and functional (no major errors) as well as your modules.
  • The database limit must not be reached in terms of storage
  •  You will need to give permission for access to your hosting solution so that the Support team can make the necessary checks before the store goes online:
o   Minimum storage of 2GB on your database
o   Possibility to create a sub-domain
o   The FTP access, database and domain name of your shop must be under the same hosting.
 
We will need your permission to remove all custom content from the shop.
 
If you wish to keep the above customisations, the migration will be refused.


How long will the migration process take?
The process is carried out very quickly, within a maximum of five working days. Please note this delay does not take into account the time necessary to configure your shop.
The delay depends on the number of files to be transferred as well as your reactivity (validation, choice of theme etc.)

Scope and restrictions
The customer must agree to remove any personalized store settings:
  • Modified PrestaShop core
  • Specific modules
  • Specific themes
  • Outdated non-compatible Addons modules
  • Core overloads
  • Modified database structure.
 
If the customer wishes to keep the personalized settings as above, the upgrade will be denied.


Shop migration procedure
1.     Once the update diagnosis has been accepted, a new PrestaShop will be temporarily installed.
 
2.     Your customer data will be migrated there
 
3.     Our Support team will get in touch with you to ensure that the new shop fully meets your expectations (installing and setting up the theme, tutorials on how to use the software, answers to your questions and optimisation tips ...).
 
4.     Once you are ready to put your new shop online, the Support team will proceed to backup your database and your old shop on server.
 
5.     Your new shop will be launched online!
 
Point to note: At the end of this update, your new shop's interface will most likely be different from the previous version of PrestaShop that you had. Some of your modules and themes may no longer be compatible with this new version.
