BACKEND OFFICE:

  • General Settings
- Enable on mobile yes/no
- Sandbox mode yes/no. If yes enter ip address per line who can see module (useful for time you configuring)
 
  • Contact button settings
Choose icon, color theme, size, position, x offset, y offset, pulsate speed, icon slider speed, button text, enable/disable button drag
 
  • Menu Settings
Menu size, background color, text color, hover item background color, hovered item text color
 
  • Call Back settings
Countdown, pre-message, phone placeholder, phone format mask, process message, success message, fail message, button title, send email,  receiver email list.
Integration with Twilio - Twilio is a service for sms notifications, you can integrate call back settings with your Twilio account to recieve sms notifications for call back request
Google recaptcha - this integration prevent spam
OneSignal Web Push Notifications + Cart reminder - this is our another module, those who have it, can integrate it, to recieve web push notifications on desktop or mobile when someone request call back.

  • Live Chat Integrations
Integration with Tawk.to, Crisp, Intercom, Facebook Customer chat. All these live chat services have free option to use 

  • Prompt Settings
Show prompt messaging to involve visitor for contact next to contact button. Options: enable/disable, delay first message, loop messages yes/no, close last message yes/no, typing time in ms, message time, time set to show again after it closed.

  • Prompt Messages
Add/Edit/Delete unlimited messages in desired order
 
  • Menu Items - Option to add new contact metho
In this section you can add/edit/delete menu items, sort their order, publish/unpublish. When you create or edit a menu item, available options are: Select and assign icon for menu item, set color, title, device to be shown mobile or/and desktop, link action type (link, integration, custom js code, callback form), Always display item or on selected period of time(option to choose days of week, and time).

Q.Does your module integrate with live chat systems?
A. Yes, we have several integration with most popular chat systems, and most of them has FREE options.
Tawk.to, Crisp, Zalo, Live Helper, Intercom.

Q.Can I add another system or link which doesn't exist in your integration list?
A. Yes, you can create link with icon/title to show in menu, also there option to add custom js code.

Q. Can I translate the module to different language?
A. Yes. You can translate module to different language using PrestaShop localization section, also some necessary fields in the module has language selector - menu items titles, call to action(prompt text messages), call back window,

Q. Is it possible to set time to show certain menu items specific time?
A. If you want to show specific item in desired time, you can easily set day of weeks and time. Per example if you want to hide a link to your whatsapp when you are not available you can set it. Usually it is needed for non working hours for live chat

Q. I’ve installed the module, but it is not displayed on website.
A.  This module position in displayFooter hook. Themes created by PrestaShop standarts have that hook by default, but some themes don’t render this hood, and for that reason you don’t see the module. In that case you can change module position to different hook. If you fail, please contact us thru support on Addons and we will help you
