The PrestaShop Reward System module is compatible with PrestaShop version 8.x.x and also MultiShop compatible.

Due to intense competition in the eCommerce industry, it can be a challenge for online retailers to generate more traffic and increase retention. Offering high-quality products, discounts, and great customer service isn’t always enough to keep customers coming back.

Attract new customers, encourage current ones to purchase more, and gain customer loyalty with Prestashop Reward System. Reward customers with points for sign-up, orders, referrals, and other customer behaviors.

Registration Reward

Easily turn website visitors into customers by giving them reward points for signing up. Show them the benefit of creating an account by displaying a reward popup as soon as they land on your website.

Order Reward

Reward customers for order placements and encourage them to purchase more. The more purchases they make, the more reward points they earn.

Referral Program

Reward customers with points for bringing new customers to your store. Also, you can allow reward points to the customers when their referred users place an order in your store.

Manual Reward

Manually assign reward points to the customers who have been inactive for a long time. Give them a reason to come back and shop again.

Q: Is the module multi-shop Compatible?

A: Yes, the module supports the Multi Shop feature of PrestaShop.

Q: What are the type of rewards possible with this module?

A: There are four types of rewards:

Catalog Reward: Catalog Rewards can be subdivided into four types i.e Order Reward, Product Reward, Category Reward and Manufacturer Reward.
Registration Reward
Sponsorship Reward: Sponsorship rewards can be further subdivided into three: friend’s registration reward, friend’s orders reward, and sponsored friend’s registration reward.
Digital Marketing Reward

Q: Is it possible to set reward points to value ratio in the module?

A: In the module configuration, there is a field given where the admin has to set the value of reward points in terms of money. For example, if the admin has set 20 reward points equivalent to $ 1, then at the time of checkout if a customer wants to use his 100 reward points then it will be visible as $ 5 which he can use to get a discount.

Q: When are the reward points assigned to the customers?

A: The admin has to select the order statuses of orders for which he wants to assign reward points to the customer.

Q: Is there any criteria to set the minimum order total required to give reward points?

A: The configuration is available for the admin to set minimum order value for a customer to get the reward points.

Q: Is it possible for the admin to give rewards to the customers on their birthday?

A: Yes, the Birthday Reward feature is given in the module.

Q: Can the admin manually assign reward points to the customers?

A: In the back office, a separate interface is given to the admin for assigning the reward points to the customers.

Q: Can the validity of the reward points be set in the module?

A: Yes, the admin can set the same in the module configuration.

Q: How can the customers redeem their reward points?

A: In the front end, the customers will see a section where they will have to enter the reward points they need to redeem.
