You can add/update order as a Contact or Lead automatically into EngageBay CRM when you add a new order or update an existing order on your site. You can also add/update Contacts or Leads automatically into EngageBay CRM when the customer adds/updates/registers on your site.
The operation is very simple. Once the module is installed, you can sync your catalog, your customers, and your orders. Therefore, you can manage your online orders and your offsite controls from within the same web interface.
Generate more leads using our lead grabbing features like web pop ups, embed forms, landing pages. Engage and nurture the leads using marketing automation. Convert them into paying customers using the CRM, live chat features, also provide post sales support using our help desk module.

Instalacja
* Download the Prestashop EngageBay extension. Login to your Prestashop admin area. Go to Modules tab in admin panel and upload the downloaded zip file by clicking an Upload a Module button.
* Click on select file after clicking upload a module button. Find the EngageBay Module zip file from the explorer and upload it.
* You can now find the "Configure" option for the EngageBay Module. Click on it and wait for the EngageBay page to load completely.
* Sign up for a EngageBay account if you don't already have one. Setup your account through this page.
Once you have an EngageBay account, enter your EngageBay Email and Password in the fields shown.
Click on Connect.
* Once the connection is successful, you will be showed up with Settings page.
In Settings panel, enable all the three fields shown (or as per your requirement) and save the changes. That's it! You can now setup the Sync Customers, Orders, web popups and Customer engagement.
* Once you save the settings, you may have your customers registered in Prestashop and not in EngageBay. By clicking on Sync Existing Customers, all the Prestashop customers are synced in EngageBay with all the customer details along with their orders as notes and product names as tags in EngageBay.
