Overzicht

Add address fields on registration form, so that customer can create their first address during registration.

It will help to customer to create address on same time when they are creating new account in your website.

Vereenvoudigt het aftersales-beheer

By installing this module, Registration form will also show address field, So that customer can create their first address at same time when they are creating account in your website. It will save customer's time to create new address from my account page.
Merchant can hide and show optional field of address from registration form, in order to make registration form shorter.
It will be helpful to add address fields on registration form, if you are on eCommerce, because some time customer want to check product price including shipping and taxes. So without address prestashop do not calculate shipping and tax for any customer.

It will save time for the customer, as they can create their first address during account creation.
No need to navigate to my account page, to create new address. (For first address only).

Installatie

Step : 1) Go to module section in backend. Upload the module zip.

Step : 2) Configure the address fields, they are four fields which are optional in address, So you can keep enabled or hide from customers on registration form.

Step : 3) GO to frontend and create new customer. You will see more fields along with registration form.

Step : 4) Now customer can create their first address at same time when they are creating new account.

Functies

Will Enable Address fields on registration form.
Optional fields can be configured from backend.
Customer can save address at the same time when they are creating new account.
Merchant do not required to translate address field because all the address fields are of prestashop.
When the country is changed by customer, the corresponding states will be updated as per prestashop standard and settings.
Identification number is also country dependant.
As we have used prestashop address field thus it will be compatible with all themes which are standardised of prestashop.
Address related information is saving into prestashop address table thus module is compatible with GDPR compliance.
Easy to install and no override has been done in this module. Everything is managed by hooks of prestashop.

Aanbeveling

We have used few hooks in our module, in order to make this module work correctly without conflicting any other module.

Some time, address save may create problem because of hook which we have used in our module "actionCustomerAccountAdd",

Go to => Design - Positions: Click the checkbox "Display non-positionable hooks", and search for "actionCustomerAccountAdd". Under this hook, move the module "Allow to add address during customer registration" using the arrows to the first position in the list.

Second problem, Address fields may come after Signup for Newsletter and Privacy Policy link
