Return Process Simplified 

Prestashop Advance RMA embed a request creation form on your online store. All that a customer needs to do is select return type, reason for return, pickup address, mention the issue, accept t&C, and submit a request. 

Create Flexible Return Policies 

Return policy plays a crucial role in customers' purchase decision. Therefore, having a convenient and transparent return policy displayed on your store is a key to retain existing customers as well as attract new ones. This extension enables you to create return policies for specific products and categories. Also, you can define the number of days for creating a return. 

Set up Custom Return Reasons 

Add multiple custom reasons like size issue, wrong product, damaged item, product not as described, etc. You can create an unlimited number of return reasons for product refund, exchange, and repair. 

Add and Manage RMA Statuses

  • A guest link is visible when the customer is logged in
  • If request guest RMA then it always redirects to the login page
  • Admin not able to refund full amount for refund type RMA request
  • Error is displayed if admin filters RMA request on the basis of customer name and same occurring for the Request date range.
