Your customers may request information about your products before buy any product. Don´t let your customers leave your online store because then can´t find contact you easily. Provide all the information the customer will need and turn their queries into sales.

Customers will send you personal information (email and name). All queries about personal information will obey with the Data Protection law.

Multi-Store Usage

This module is compatible with multi-store Prestashop module. You can install the module in all your stores in a multi-store and use different configurations for each of them or configure once for all stores.

Customer will ask for a query then, the system will send to client the product name and picture in order to be sure that the information that they have requested is the right one.

You can add from backoffice your email and Data Protection Law link. In this way, your customers will send you the query to your email and will see the Data Protection page from the FrontOffice.
