Set your FAQs in an easy way
With the "FAQ Users" add-on, you can just define the different Q & A that you want to appear on your online store. You can categorize them, display them on the main page FAQ provided by the module and even display them directly in your product sheets.

The "FAQ Users" add-on was developped in a search engine optimization perspective. In addition to produce more content to your shop, each Q & A has its own dedicated page where title, url (if url rewrite is enable) and meta description are configurable.

Thanks to the "FAQ Users" add-on, customers will have the opportunity to ask questions directly from a dedicated form. A Q & A will automatically be created in the database. You only have to answer the question and validate it to display it automatically in your new FAQ section.

The "FAQ Users" add-on is compatible with the multi-shop Prestashop mode. So, you can create different FAQ for your various shops. Add-on settings are also independent. You can customize the FAQ page differently on each shop so that they seamlessly integrates your various templates.

Installatie
The FAQ Users Prestashop add-on can be installed in the same way that any Prestashop add-on. Either by uploading directory of the FAQ Users Prestashop add-on, via the FTP protocol, in the "module" directory of your installation. Or by using the "Modules" tab of the back office of your shop. For more information, see the documentation provided (readme_en.pdf file).
