Necessary update of your password on PrestaShop Addons


You are currently the holder of an Addons account created from your Paypal account, which allows you to connect to our marketplace.

In order to increase security and simplicity, we are implementing a single authentication system. Therefore, signing in with PayPal won’t be possible on our marketplace, from April 2nd on. Read morearrow_right_alt

To continue to access your personal space on PrestaShop Addons, we simply invite you to reset your password as of now by clicking on the link below.

You will receive a new password allowing you to directly sign in to your Addons account, without using PayPal. Once logged in, you will be able to change this password in your personal space.

Your Addons account will not be affected in any way by this development.

Sending notifications to customers automatically and letting your customer make a direct order via WhatsApp with simple steps to increase the rate of successful ordering.

You can automatically notify your customer about their delivery status, the back order status, and/or their abandoned carts through WhatsApp.
  • Besides giving them a better customer service experience, reminding them about the back order status and their abandoned carts will increase the rate of successful payment.

Besides the automatic notification, your customers will be able to place an order via WhatsApp with this module in your shop.
Customer don’t need to go through so many steps to make an order. From ordering a product until making a payment, all procedures are done via WhatsApp.

Providing this fast and simple ordering method will increase the ordering rate of your frequent customers because:
  • Starting from searching on the wanted products, viewing the quota of the product, deciding the product quantity, placing an order, choosing the shipping method, until making the payment, customer only need to send message via WhatsApp and can be finished in less than 5 minutes.

  • Customers can place an order in less than 5 minutes by sending message via WhatsApp.
  • When the wanted product has 0 stock, they can ask for a notification when it is ready on stock.
  • Customer can get the notification about their order status, the back order, and their abandoned cart

You have to pay for message fee to Facebook Inc and Twilio API

  • Configure the WhatsApp Direct Ordering App module.
  • Press the + button on the WhatsApp Notification to add the type of notification you want to give to the customers
  • Place your company's phone number, Twilio account ID, and the authorization token. You can find it in your Twilio account. Don't forget to press the 'Save' button
  • In the Order Setting, you need to specify which group of customer are allowed to make an order through WhatsApp.
  • In the Order Setting, you need to specify the payment method(s) you provide for the WhatsApp ordering, together with the ID/links for those payment methods. Don't forget to press the 'Save' button
  • For the BACK ORDER SETUP, ABANDONED CART SETUP, and the ORDERING SETUP, you can follow the instructions in the module.
