Overzicht

The Bitrix24 module allows you to integrate your PrestaShop customers directly into Bitrix24 CRM.

Currently we just sync customers from PS into Bitrix24 CRM. If you need more information please contact us.

Installatie

Cron Job configuration

After installing the module you will have to configure the CronJob in you hosting panel.

In your hosting panel (Cpanel, Plesk, etc) search for Cronjobs.

Now add URL bellow to your job with 5 minutes interval (*/5 * * * *)

Cronjob URL: YOUR SHOP URL + /modules/bitrixbit24/cron.php?secure_key=XXXXXXXX

Create a new Webhook in Bitrix24

Go to your Bitrix24 installation and click on "Applications" menu.

On the top horizontal menu choose "Webhook" and then click "Add Webhook" button and choose "Inbound Webhook".

Add the name "PrestaShop Access" and optionally add a description. In the Access descriptions mark the CRM and then click the "Save" button.

Copy the key and paste it in this module.
