To continue to access your personal space on PrestaShop Addons, we simply invite you to reset your password as of now by clicking on the link below.

You will receive a new password allowing you to directly sign in to your Addons account, without using PayPal. Once logged in, you will be able to change this password in your personal space.

Your Addons account will not be affected in any way by this development.

Your data will be transferred to the Partner when you download this module.

Callback Request module integrates a callback widget to your store that lets visitors quickly schedule a callback for a convenient time. When a visitor submits a callback form, the module automatically sends a request to your email.

Thanks to the CallBack Request module, you can add a callback button to your store. Visitors just need to click on the callback button, enter their name, phone number, and date & time to receive a callback.

As soon as the visitors submit a callback request, you will receive a notification via email. Also, a record of the request containing visitor's details gets created in the back-office. You can call the visitor while he is still at your store and answer all the queries he has regarding the product. With voice calls, you can understand the needs of your visitors and guide them accordingly.

A. Yes, the callback request will properly work with multishop. You can also set up different callback notification email IDs in different shops.

Q. How will admin call? is there any call button for calling back to the customer?
A. No, the callback request list will show the name and phone number, admin will have to call manually.

Q. Does this module work for customers only?
A.  No, any person who visits the site, can post a callback request if they have any query.
