Necessary update of your password on PrestaShop Addons

You are currently the holder of an Addons account created from your Paypal account, which allows you to connect to our marketplace.

In order to increase security and simplicity, we are implementing a single authentication system. Therefore, signing in with PayPal won’t be possible on our marketplace, from April 2nd on. Read morearrow_right_alt

To continue to access your personal space on PrestaShop Addons, we simply invite you to reset your password as of now by clicking on the link below.

You will receive a new password allowing you to directly sign in to your Addons account, without using PayPal. Once logged in, you will be able to change this password in your personal space.

Your Addons account will not be affected in any way by this development.

Improve the customer experience of your store by efficiently managing pre-sale and post-sale queries with the Prestashop Helpdesk extension.

1. MultiShop: Our Helpdesk module is compatible with PrestaShop multi-shop feature.  

2. Create tickets: Customers can easily create tickets by specifying their name, email, and issues. Also, the customer can attach the files while submitting a ticket.

3. Add agents & groups: Create as many agents and groups as you require to manage your tickets.

4. Let users track all their tickets in customer account: A separate tab is added to the customer accounts where they can track the status of their tickets. Also, they can add comments and attachments to already existing tickets.

5. Ticket management made easy: View a list of all the tickets created by the customers in a separate grid. You can see ongoing conversations with customers, agents to whom the tickets are assigned, and track the status of tickets.

6. Import messages as tickets: Manually or automatically import the new messages as tickets.

7. Reply directly from email: An email is sent to the customer for every reply you make on the ticket. PrestaShop Helpdesk extension lets customers reply from email. They do not have to login to their account, view tickets, and then reply.

8. Mark spam: The store admin can mark the users as spam if they found any suspicious behavior or activity.

9. Email notifications: Every time a ticket is created or you update the ticket status to closed or resolved, a customer will get an email notification.
