Necessary update of your password on PrestaShop Addons


You are currently the holder of an Addons account created from your Paypal account, which allows you to connect to our marketplace.

In order to increase security and simplicity, we are implementing a single authentication system. Therefore, signing in with PayPal won’t be possible on our marketplace, from April 2nd on. Read morearrow_right_alt

To continue to access your personal space on PrestaShop Addons, we simply invite you to reset your password as of now by clicking on the link below.

You will receive a new password allowing you to directly sign in to your Addons account, without using PayPal. Once logged in, you will be able to change this password in your personal space.

Your Addons account will not be affected in any way by this development.

Create unlimited number of statuses, priorities and departments to highlight tickets which are more or less important. Each ticket can be assigned to different department according to ticket requirements.

With help desk make sure customer receives emails on time and also fight spammers with Google Recaptcha option. This module insures user security by generating a unique key for each ticket and users can use a special link sent to them in email or by entering unique key which is also sent to them in email.

Users can also sent further messages back and forth. You can also allow only a certain type of file attachments for better website security so damaging files cannot be uploaded to your server.

Help desk also has an option for PrestaShop account synchronization which identifies the user if they are logged in and has any history with help desk platform. It also works with out PrestaShop account creation giving users the freedom from filling out account creation forms.
