Necessary update of your password on PrestaShop Addons

Hello,

You are currently the holder of an Addons account created from your Paypal account, which allows you to connect to our marketplace.

In order to increase security and simplicity, we are implementing a single authentication system. Therefore, signing in with PayPal won’t be possible on our marketplace, from April 2nd on. Read morearrow_right_alt

To continue to access your personal space on PrestaShop Addons, we simply invite you to reset your password as of now by clicking on the link below.

You will receive a new password allowing you to directly sign in to your Addons account, without using PayPal. Once logged in, you will be able to change this password in your personal space.

Your Addons account will not be affected in any way by this development.

Do you want to have your own shop running, but don’t know how to start? Our team will guide you with PrestaShop installation to launch your new e-shop.

We will install a clean PrestaShop version of your choice (we strongly recommend the latest version) on your desired hosting. We can help you to choose hosting plan to meet needed PrestaShop compatibility requirements if needed!


 

Installazione

In order for our expert support team to deliver the best possible service, we will need your help with providing all of the following information:
  • Valid domain name
  • A working server with NGINX settings or Apache  2.2 or any later version
  • SSH access or access to the cPanel/ Direct Admin,/WHM
  • Created database access information or access to the cPanel/ Direct Admin,/WHM
  • Activated PHP Extensions : GD, cURL, SimpleXML, SOAP, DOM, Fileinfo, Intl, Zip
  • No team viewer support
  • Installation of PrestaShop since 1.5.x version

Terms:
  • Valid within 6 months
  • Answer from expert support team within 72 hours (during business hours)
  • Support is available Monday to Friday from 8AM to 5PM CET (Eastern European Standard Time).
  • Support languages: English
  • No teamviewer support
  • Only one installation per ticket.

Discounts do not apply to Support Plans.
