Necessary update of your password on PrestaShop Addons

You are currently the holder of an Addons account created from your Paypal account, which allows you to connect to our marketplace.

In order to increase security and simplicity, we are implementing a single authentication system. Therefore, signing in with PayPal won’t be possible on our marketplace, from April 2nd on. Read morearrow_right_alt

To continue to access your personal space on PrestaShop Addons, we simply invite you to reset your password as of now by clicking on the link below.

You will receive a new password allowing you to directly sign in to your Addons account, without using PayPal. Once logged in, you will be able to change this password in your personal space.

Your Addons account will not be affected in any way by this development.

This module will save you time because you (or your employees) won't need to fill orders data to DPD system. DPD Labels creation is made via PrestaShop Back Office.

Labels creation
Each order information can be modified before labels are created, or you can leave it by default for all orders. You can:
  • Set how many parcels it consists of. You can get multiple labels for that order (one label per parcel).
  • Change weight. It is automatically calculated by order total weight.
  • Change or remove COD amount, if order is COD.
  • Select to print return labels. Customer then will be able to return parcel via pickup terminal.
  • Modify comment. It is automatically filled by customer comment about the order.
  • Change delivery terminal, time, or carrier itself, e.g. if order was made for terminal delivery, you can switch to courier delivery.
  • Cancel already created label.
  • Bulk print DPD labels via Orders list page.
  • Set order status which will be automatically set after successful labels creation.

Multiple sender addresses support
If you have multiple stores or warehouses and send orders from multiple locations, this feature is a must have. It allows printing DPD labels for separate sender addresses (additional DPD accounts will be needed). Also the module will add additional filter to Orders list page, so that you can easily filter orders, and print labels for separate stores/warehouses.

Note: it is possible to have multiple addresses without having separate DPD accounts, but if delivery will fail for some reason, order will be returned to the main address, which is entered in DPD system, it won't be returned to the store/warehouse where it was picked up.

DPD Courier Call
You can call DPD courier directly from your Back Office, just click the button, fill up the form, and courier will arrive at selected time.

Ordering
Customers will love the ability to choose delivery time for courier delivery. For terminal delivery, city is preselected from customer delivery address automatically, so only terminal is needed which will be easy to find due to added search.

Order tracking
Tracking number with the link to DPD tracking website will be sent to customer when label is created automatically.

Order returns
If you enable return labels for your orders, customers can easily return their parcels via DPD pickup terminal. This is the easiest way for customer to return parcel without having any additional troubles.
Note: merchant may be charged for customer returns by DPD, and additional costs may apply. You should contact your DPD manager for more information.
