The module helps merchants to add details of their multiple bank accounts & offer customers a medium to pay via a bank wire for the orders.

MultiShop

PrestaShop Multi Bank Wire Payment module supports the PrestaShop Multi-store feature.

Add Bank Accounts

The merchants need to add the following details in order to add a bank account.

Bank Name
Account Owner Name & Details
Bank Address
The user groups for which the bank wire payment will be available
Currencies for which the bank wire payment will be available
Commission in percentage or fixed amount

Display Bank Wire Payment Options

The store admin can choose to show all the bank wire payment options he added from the back office on the checkout page. Customers can view the bank details before placing the order.

Easily Manage Bank Wire Details

View a list of bank accounts added, orders whose payment is made to a specific bank account, edit, or delete the bank account details from the single grid.

Email Notifications

The shop owners can choose whether they want to receive a mail on confirmation of bank wire payment. They can also add an email address on which they want to receive a mail notification.

The shop owners can also choose to send reminder emails to customers if they have not made the payment for their order in a set time.

Cancel Order & Offer Discount

A shop owner can also choose to cancel the order of the customers if they have not made the payment in the set number of days. They can also add the number of days after which the order will be canceled automatically.

Also, choose to offer a discount to customers on making the payment for the order via bank wire.

Apply Restrictions

Limit the usage of bankwire payment for specific user groups, currencies, and carriers.

PrestaShop Multi Bank Wire Payment module is multi-shop compatible.
Enable or disable the customer bank wire payment confirmation via mail.
Specify the email address to receive payment confirmation mails.
Choose to show or hide the transaction field on the order details page.
Set the number of reminders mail and the mail interval(in days).
Set the number of days after which the order will be cancelled if a customer does not make the payment.
Add multiple bank accounts to which a customer can make payment.
Enable or disable the status of the bank account.
Choose to edit or delete the bank account details.
Choose to display the bank details before placing an order.
View the order details separately for each bank wire account.
Customers can now select any one of the bank account options to make a payment.
Charge Commission to the customers for certain bank wire payments.
Bank wire details are visible to the customer on the order confirmation & order details page.
Customers can manually make the confirmation of the payment by entering the transaction ID.
Restrict specific bank wire payment options by carriers, currencies, or customer groups.

A: Yes, the module supports the multi shop feature of PrestaShop.

Q: Can admin add multiple bank details for the customer to choose from?

A: Yes, the admin can add multiple bank details, and further the customer can select the desired bank to send the payment via bank wire.

Q: Is the bank details shown to the customer in their order confirmation email?

A: Yes, a customer receives an email regarding the order confirmation with the chosen bank account details.

Q: Is there a possibility to send payment reminders to the customers?

A: The admin can set the number of reminders mail and the mail interval(in days). Example: The admin enter 2 in the “Number of reminders” and 4 in the “Reminder Interval” field. Then, a customer will receive 2 payment reminders with an interval of 4 days between them.

Q: Can we cancel the order if the customer does not make the payment?

A: In the module configuration, the admin can set the number of days after which the order will be canceled if a customer does not make the payment.

Q: How would a customer know the bank details to make the payment via bank wire?

A: The customers after proceeding via “pay with bank wire” land on a page where they can select a bank to make the payment. On selecting the bank, the bank details are shown to the customer.

Q: How a bank wire transaction is confirmed?

A: A customer gets the transaction input field on the order details page to add the transaction ID after which the payment is confirmed.

Q: Can I restrict a particular bank for certain users?

A: Yes, you can choose to not show certain bank details to certain user groups by restricting that group.
