A large choice of pre-registered services
Our module offers you by default at its installation, access to more than 130 known services, in order to facilitate the management of these, such as Google Ads, Analytics, Facebook etc.
Customizable popup on the configuration.
This module gives you the ability to customize to make it 100% compliant with the new RGPD (European Union) requirements. Our Cookies module is compliant with the Right of Correction, with which users can delete cookies installed on the site by simply accessing a url or even from your own customer profile.
Default acceptance choice
The module offers you the option of forcing the user to accept everything by default. If the user does not make a choice and continues to browse the site or when customizing the services, they will all be activated by default.
Conversely, if you choose not to activate this option, all services will be disabled regardless of the user's action, and if they wish to customize, then the services will be disabled by default.
Obtaining consent
The user must click on the "I agree" button in the notification banner to give consent. As soon as the customer gives consent, the warning banner disappears and all modules that use cookies will be activated and work as usual. The user can configure the type of cookies to which he/she wants to give consent by clicking on the "Custom" button and select the cookies he/she wants to activate or not.
Also the button is customizable, you can choose what text you give to the "Customize" button
Blocking cookies
The module allows you to block cookies until the user gives his consent. The cookies can be functional (mandatory) or come from third parties. Allow the user to give consent separately. This is in accordance with the law because it allows differentiating between the different types of cookies that the customer accepts.
Functional cookies (mandatory): includes key cookies for the operation of the website. For example, saving login data, shopping cart, etc.
Third-party cookies: includes cookies that collect data for tracking, segmentation, analysis, etc.
To comply with the guidelines of the LSSI, we recommend that you disable tracking modules (such as Google Analytics), social network modules (Facebook "Like" button, Google "+1" button, etc.) and targeted advertising. Please note that the modules necessary for the proper functioning of your store (e.g. shopping cart cookie, session cookie...) do not require prior consent.
We cannot be held responsible for any damage that may be caused by the activation of options that do not comply with the GDPR. The user is responsible for the legal texts indicating the purpose of third-party cookies. Keep in mind that the user / owner of the e-commerce on which the module is installed is solely responsible for the legal texts that need to be entered, such as notification and explanation of the purpose of third-party cookies.
Customization of Services (Cookies)
The module offers you the possibility to add your own services (cookies) to block in addition to the 130+ already registered. Manage your services (cookies) personally in case of new modules or even new regulations on some of them.
Revocation of consent
In accordance with the law, the user can revoke their consent at any time. As soon as they withdraw their consent, the installed cookies are deleted and consent is requested again.
You can choose whether or not to display the icon for revoking the user's consent, in case you want the user to just make their initial choice and not be able to change it later.
Popup content and customization
To comply with the LSSI, the module allows you to customize the message that appears in the consent popup (to inform about the cookies used and their purpose) and to display or not a "Privacy Policy" link in the content of the Popup that redirects the user to a CMS page of your website (to explain in detail the use of cookies in your store).
The popup is responsive and its position is customizable. The module includes a Wysiwyg editor that allows you to fully customize the banner content (font, color, effects, html code ...). You can also choose in the configuration page the background color of the banner, its position (above or below the screen) and more. Moreover, the module is multi-language and automatically detects all the languages of your store, which allows you to write a different message per language.
