In order to increase security and simplicity, we are implementing a single authentication system. Therefore, signing in with PayPal won’t be possible on our marketplace, from April 2nd on. Read morearrow_right_alt

To continue to access your personal space on PrestaShop Addons, we simply invite you to reset your password as of now by clicking on the link below.

You will receive a new password allowing you to directly sign in to your Addons account, without using PayPal. Once logged in, you will be able to change this password in your personal space.

Your Addons account will not be affected in any way by this development.

Salesforce connector help you to integrate your prestashop store to CRM platform.It enables you to synchronize your customers, products and orders to your own slaesforce CRM.You can also synchronize your CRM orders and products to prestashop store.

Key features of the Salesforce Connector Module

1. Real-Time Synchronization
Sync data of entities in real-time and for this, you have to enable the options of real-time synchronization for the product, order, customer, category, and contact us. This will be done in the app configuration.

2.Bulk Data Processing
Process all the data in bulk while syncing records from PrestaShop to Salesforce CRM in a single click.

3. Mapping Feature
You can map the Order details and Lead status at the PrestaShop end. You can create a new mapping in map order status and change the status map in Map lead status.

4. Sync Customer
You have to sync your customers from the PrestaShop end. Select the customers and then export them then when you check it on Salesforce’s end they got synced.

5. Sync Product
All your Products get sync on a real-time basis when created new after configuring the sync process. The customization can be done if you want to sync your product data from Salesforce to PrestaShop.

6. Sync Contact Us
Export Contact Us as Leads into the Salesforce account from PrestaShop. You have to choose the contact and then in one click, it got synced into Salesforce leads. After syn a Salesforce Lead ID will be generated for each contact.

7. Sync Order
Sync PrestaShop Orders into Salesforce CRM automatically when you enable real-time data synchronization. You can also sync orders from Salesforce to PrestaShop when you opt for customization.

8. Syncs Category
Sync all your Categories from PrestaShop to Salesforce. When it's done, you can check it on the Salesforce end and it syncs real-time data of the category if you have enabled the real-time option in the configuration.

9. Shipping and Payment- As an admin, you get the option to select the shipment and payment option that you want to use.

10. Price Book
You can easily set the price book as default if you use one price book. You can also choose a price book if you have more than one price book.

Installazione

  • Go to the back office-> Module Manager -> Upload a module
  • Upload zip file of ‘Salesforce Connector'
  • The module will automatically get installed on your Prestashop
