Export and import the available quantity and / or the base prices of the products of your shop with a .csv file. Massive update of the available quantity and base prices.

Installazione

First of all, click “Add new module” at modules tab on back office. You will find it in the top right. After that, select packaged file you have downloaded and click “Upload file”. Now your module appears on modules list. Click on “Install”, and “Configure” next.

You can also unload .zip file and upload it into your modules directory. In this way you will install and configure module from modules admin.

Caratteristiche

This module allows you to export and import the available quantity (stock) of your store quickly using a CSV file.

In the configuration of this module there are 3 sections:

Export
Considered fields
Import

In the export section you can export the available quantity of all the products and combinations that exist in your store in a CSV file.

When the product has combinations you will notice that the first line of the CSV file corresponds to the product that contains the total amount (sum of the available quantity of each combination) and in the subsequent lines the quantities of each combination. This is important to consider when importing.

In the section of considered fields you can see a list of the fields that the CSV file uses in the export and import.

Fields considered in the export and import:

Product ID. Important to update.
Combination ID. Important to update.
Product reference. Only for your information.
Product name. Only for your information.
Combination. Only for your information.
Combination reference. Only for your information.
Quantity. Important to update.
Wholesale price. Only for your information.
Base price. Only for your information.
Total price = Quantity * Base price. Only for your information.

In the import section you have the possibility to choose a CSV file located on your computer and decide if you want to establish or update the available amount.
