- The selfAWB application allows AWB printing and FAN Courier shipments tracking; therefore, the client benefits from reduced take-over time, the possibility to view document confirmation from part of the recipient and receives information regarding intermediate status. The application in available onwww.selfAWB.ro.
- Confirmation of delivery by telephone, fax or tracking the delivery by AWB number, on www.fancourier.ro site;
- Payment on destination;
- Payments on behalf of the clients within the limit of 100 Euros;
- Multiple delivery attempts in case the recipient is not to be found at the specified address;
- Contacting recipient on phone in case of deliveries under special conditions;
- Two-week storage for wrong address shipments or shipments refused by recipient, in order to be redirected.
- Client Tracking service allows clients to check a customised page which contains information about shipments and confirmations of receipt;
- The possibility to receive shipments with direct payment into clients’ account from any branch of their company or from business partners;
- Issuance of bi-monthly invoice accompanied by an appendix containing details regarding shipments of the respective period;
- The selfAWB application: each client has the possibility to define their own database of frequent recipient-partners, either by individual configuration or importing their own database; clients benefit from reduced take-over time and have the possibility to view transport document confirmation.
