Te permite fidelizar a tus clientes
Our module is the best way to build customer loyalty. This is a swiss knife to convert visitors to loyal customers.
You can assign points manually for each product/combination (in case you don’t want to offer points for spent amount of money or just want to offer more/less points then usual for specific product/combination).
How it works: let’s say customer’s shopping cart has next products:
- Red t-shirt - price 20$ - quantity 2 - without individual points assigned;
- Black cap - price 10$ - quantity 3 - with individual points equal 2 points;
- White bag - price 100$ - quantity 1 - without individual points.
Let's imagine that our base currency is $ (it can be EUR, GPB, PLN, etc.).
Regular earn rate is - 1 point for each 1$ spent.
In this example you customer should receive 200 rewards points after purchase: (20$*2*1)+(10$*3*2)+(100$*1*1).
With “Spend points rate = 25” customer will be able convert 200 points to 8$ (200pts / 25 = 8$).
