Tag products of the Prestashop store in their IG posts.
Start showcasing their products in the posts for their followers of Instagram.
Tag up to 20 products in their Instagram carousel posts to display product range of the shop.
Create product stickers for their Instagram posts/stories. Stickers will allow your followers to know more about the details of the product.

A: No. The customers are redirected to the Prestashop store from where they can purchase the product.

Q: Why do I need to create a product catalogue on Facebook?

A: Instagram allows the products of the Facebook catalogue to be tagged in Instagram posts. Hence, you need to create a product catalogue and export Prestashop store products to the catalogue.

Q: How can I export my Prestashop store products to the Facebook catalogue?

A: To export the Prestashop products to Facebook catalogue, you need to synchronize the Prestashop with Google taxonomy as Facebook only identifies Google product categories.

Q: What details are required to configure the module?

A: You will need to enter access token, app ID, app secret & catalogue Id to configure the module.

Q: What needs to be done for sending the products to Facebook?

A: To send the products to Facebook, you must map the category of your store with the Google category.

Q: Will this module work with the latest Graph API version 9.0?

A: Yes, this is compatible with the latest Graph API

Q: When I export the products, I do not see the exported products in list sometimes?

A: The product list takes a while to update in your Business catalog. To solve this, the module provides a "Refresh Product List" button which synchronizes the exported products list with Business Catalog.

Q: Will the products be automatically published on Instagram?

A: Firstly, the products are exported to your Facebook Business catalog. After that, you can easily mention those products in Instagram Posts.
