We know what is to manage a webshop and one of the most important part to agile the process is to have a good Order Dashboard. We have worked really hard to offer you the definitive module, a complete solution to customize your Dashboard, showing all the columns you need for your business.
This module allow you customize the default columns (you will be able to disable all the columns except the ID and actions). We also have added some interesting columns for every shop, for example, the customer’s phone or the delivery city, among other ones.
Moreover, you have a customizable column, the title of the column and you options to assign are customizable. You will be able to configure your own column, satisfaction level, supplier payment… They are just some possible cases for this interesting functionality.
On the other hand, this module provides the possibility to assign employees to an order. If you have some employees, with this functionality you will agile the order management notably. Highly customizable, you will be able to configure totally who can manage it and who can be assigned.
Finally, you have the option to hide the orders in an specific status, these orders won't be shown in the Dashboard while this option is enabled. If you want to show them again, just disable it. In comparation, it is a better solution than delete these orders because you won't be aligned with the law in many countries, such as every one in the EU.
