• Support for questions regarding technical issues, no matter what version of PrestaShop you’re using.
• Recommendations regarding your server (type of hosting excluding configuration).
• Support for module installation (excluding configuration).
• Submission of online tickets and followed live
• Advices to install (hosting, modules and themes)
• Installing modules purchased addons (excluding configuration)
• Installing Themes
• Configuration of the back office and native modules
 
Also…Invitations to exclusive PrestaShop events.

An expert support team member will answer your support ticket within (during business hours): 24 hours
One full year of assistance.
Excluded from support:
• SVN versions (in development).
• Assistance on a solution whose core has been changed by the client.
• Specific developments that the client wishes to add.
• Development and integration of a graphic or theme.
• User training.
• Version updates.
• Site migration.
• Store installation.
 
Terms:
• In order for our expert support team to deliver the best possible service, you must provide the following information:
• FTP access
• MYSQL access
• Database
• Your site’s URL
• URL to access the Back Office
• E-mail address and password to access the Back Office
• Support is available Monday to Friday from 8AM to 5PM CET (Central European Time).
• Support is available in Danish and English.
