Q. How would I know that Redis Module is working on my site?

1. Open Terminal(if Linux OS) and connect to your server via your SSH credentials, and type "redis-cli monitor" command.

2. Now if OK message displayed, then refresh any page of your site, and then you will see on the Terminal screen that Redis Key-Values are generating, that means Redis module is working.

Q: Can I exclude some module or database table from being cached?

A: No, the cache content is managed by PrestaShop core. The Redis Cache module is only providing another option to save this cache content.

Q: What is the use of Database Number in Redis module?

A: The Redis Cache supports 16 databases by default. You can use any number 0-15 in this field. The redis cache module will save and use the cache from the configured database. You can change this number at any point and the module will use the new database for caching.
