Web sites may experience broken link problems and it is very difficult to detect it by the shop owners. This module helps to collaborate with the customers about the broken links.
The module is displayed on all product pages and adds a button link stating "Report Broken Link" on it.
When the button is clicked, a fancy box with a form page appears. The customer can cancel or submit the report with the selected inconsistencies.
If the report is submitted, a report notification mail is sent through Prestashop to the Website Admin stating the related product information and the broken link report.
What your customers will like
Customers can easily report a broken product link when they cannot access to the download product, or when they find a broken link, not loaded picture or video on the product page.
