You will receive a new password allowing you to directly sign in to your Addons account, without using PayPal. Once logged in, you will be able to change this password in your personal space.

The comment field on Prestashop is insufficient to qualify a relationship and a personalized follow-up with the customer. Thanks to this module you will be able to customize and define the exchanges with your customers, via quick drop-down lists to use and a comment field to leave details. These drop-down lists are fully customizable and administrable. The follow-up can be consulted and followed as well in a customer card as in an order. The information you enter is private and will never be accessible to customers. Stats will allow to see the exchanges which come back most often with the customers, the persons in charge which deal with them most per day, the recurring problems etc ... The exchanges sent via the contact form or via the return form are also included in this follow-up to aggregate statistics and customer follow-up.
