Once you try it you cannot imagine to work without it

I worked for almost one year on my store before I invested in this product. Looking back, I don't know how I did it! Store Manager makes everything easier and faster. By my estimate, I recovered my investment within one working day of working with Store Manager, just from the pure time savings alone! Things that used to take me an hour to do, suddenly took only 5-10 minutes on average with Store Manager. In addition to actual time savings while working, I also saved countless time waiting for Back Office to refresh and move on to the next screen. The support help desk was SUPER. Every time I had an issue, they patiently worked me through the issue. They are very responsive during long working hours that suit the long hours I too work. From my perspective, Store Manager was the absolute best investment I made in my business. I could never go back to working the old way for all the things that Store Manager can do. The few things that it cannot (yet) do, that require me to go to Back Office just remind me of how important Store Manager is in my daily work. This review covers the Standard Edition of Store Manager, and not any of the add on modules. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to facilitate their work and save time.
