Necessary update of your password on PrestaShop Addons

In order to increase security and simplicity, we are implementing a single authentication system. Therefore, signing in with PayPal won’t be possible on our marketplace, from April 2nd on. Read morearrow_right_alt

To continue to access your personal space on PrestaShop Addons, we simply invite you to reset your password as of now by clicking on the link below.

You will receive a new password allowing you to directly sign in to your Addons account, without using PayPal. Once logged in, you will be able to change this password in your personal space.

Your Addons account will not be affected in any way by this development.

In Front-Office :

  • "Book in store" button below the addition to the basket on the product page opening a window with the Google Maps and allowing you to select the pickup store.
  • "My reservation" button in the header of your site to the right of the "Basket" button, opening a window with the list of products selected for withdrawal in store. A form is to be completed by the client in order to finalize the reservation.
  • Search for stores from Google Maps.

In BackOffice :

  • Management of stocks produced by store.
  • Import your product stocks to your stores via CSV files.

Sending emails :

  • When the reservation is taken by customer, an email is sent to the customer, concerned stores and to the main email of the PrestaShop store.
  • Upon confirmation by the store, an email is sent to the customer, the store and the main email of the PrestaShop store.
  • If the order is canceled by the store, an email is sent to the customer and to the main email of the PrestaShop store with cancellation reason.

Recommendation

  • Define the GPS coordinates of your stores, contact information and opening hours in the PrestaShop administration.
  • Write a CMS page on the general booking conditions.
