Installation

In the module's configuration page, enter your USPS Web Tools username and your origin address.

Select the carriers you wish to use.

The rates should now appear on the checkout page. Consult the documentation to troubleshoot if you are not seeing any rates.

Easy Setup

Simply enter your USPS Web Tools username and your address and you're ready to go. Select the carriers you want to use and the module installs them for you in your back-office automatically.

Box Packing

The module uses a sophisticated box packing algorithm to determine the smallest box(es) that will fit all the products in the customer’s cart; it can split the products into multiple boxes when the cart has more products than your largest box can fit. The total rate the customer sees will be a sum of the rates for all boxes the module used.

You can add unlimited boxes into the module from the configuration page. The more boxes you add, the more accurate the rates will be. You can set a maximum box amount for the module to use.

Smart Caching

The module stores rates for each cart in the database to speed up your website. It will only retrieve new rates if the customer changes their zip/postal code, the products in their cart, or the quantities for products already in their cart.

Delivery Estimates

Display delivery estimates retrieved directly from USPS in real-time. e.g. "2 Business days."

Discounted Rates

You can choose to show Regular rates, or discounted Commercial/Commercial Plus rates.

A US zipcode to use as your address origin

Your website’s PHP version should be at least 5.3.0

To display delivery estimates on the checkout page, you must add one line of code on your theme. Instructions on adding this line are found in the documentation.

Please note that this module does NOT support Flat/Regional rates from USPS. Flat/Regional rates are only supported in the USPS: Rates, Bulk Labels, Returns, Tracking, Estimator module found on the PrestaShop Addons store.
