Recommendation
- Install the module.
- Configure Twitter API settings by entering your access credentials.
- Create auto-post rule. You will need to select categories and other options to filter what products to post.
- You can create template for the post content using short-codes of product attributes.
- Once you configure Twitter API and auto-post rule, you will need to create CRON Job to run on scheduled time periods and post products to Twitter as configured in the rule.
- You can create any number of rules. You will have to create CRON Job for each rule.
- You can test the module with "Manual Post" option. It allows you to find and post a product, or you can post a custom link with image and text.
- You can configure the module to post products when they are updated on module settings.
What your customers will like
Installation
- In the modules tab, click on add a new module.
- If a file of the module exists online, specify its URL in the Module URL field and then click on Download this module.
- If the file is on your computer, click on Browse to open the dialogue box letting you search your computer, select the file then validate the dialogue box.
- Click on Upload this module.
- If the installation is successful, you will see a success message.
- The module will then appear in your list of modules under the Module tab.
- Click on the install button to install the module.
- If configuration note appears, click on Configure button to configure it.
