In order to increase security and simplicity, we are implementing a single authentication system. Therefore, signing in with PayPal won’t be possible on our marketplace, from April 2nd on. Read morearrow_right_alt

To continue to access your personal space on PrestaShop Addons, we simply invite you to reset your password as of now by clicking on the link below.

You will receive a new password allowing you to directly sign in to your Addons account, without using PayPal. Once logged in, you will be able to change this password in your personal space.

Your Addons account will not be affected in any way by this development.

SocialBugCRM will create an interactive widget on your website and works with your existing sites secure authentication. Easily create a seamless single sign-on from your website into our CRM. An example use case would be for affiliate party plan companies, once your website user authenticates, they can click on the widget to enter into the CRM and create party orders. Another example would be for any type of membership website in which you want to offer your end customers a custom portal where your specific business rules have been digitized business.
  • After installation, when clicking “Launch” for the first time, a separate account will automatically be created. You do not need to manually register on any 3rd party website, everything is automatic. 
  • Pricing for SocialBugCRM varies. Fee’s start around 60€ /month.

  • Upload and install the SocialBugCRM module.
  • Go to Module Manager page and locate SocialBugCRM module.
  • Click Configure to enter the settings page.
  • Associate your current account with PrestaShop account from the top right button.
  • Subscribe to a plan to create your SocialBugCRM account. The account will be created with your PrestaShop administrator email address.
  • Click Launch App to access into your BackOffice. (You will be redirected after few moments into your new BackOffice to enable modules and features which you want to use).
  • BackOffice Module Configuration
         * From Core module click on Features and enable features which you want to use.
         * Enable SocialBug module and features if you want to use it for Affiliate business.
         * Enable Customer Rewards module if you want to use Customer Rewards.
* Enable Help Desk module if you want your users to have option to open ticket.
* Enable Warranty module if you want to manage orders that involve warranties.
         * Enable Forum module if you want your users to be able to discuss and collaborate
         * Once you decide which module(s) and features you want to use click Checkout button and then Confirm button to enable module(s) and features.
  • Enable Webservice
 * Login as admin into your PrestaShop website and navigate to Configure/Advanced Parameters/Webservice, Enable Webservice and Save.
 * Click on Add new webservice key and give ALL permissions to permissions EXCEPT: warehouses, zones, warehouse_product_locations, translated_configurations, suppliers, supply_order_details, supply_order_histories, supply_order_receipt_histories, supply_order_states, supply_orders, search, messages, manufacturers, languages, image_types, images, customer_messages, customer_threads, contacts, carriers, cart_rules, carts, categories.
 * Copy Webservice key and got back into your new BackOffice and navigate to Admin/Settings/Core/Platform Connection and paste webservice key under Consumer Key field and Save. This will enable products, orders and customers synchronization with BackOffice.
