** THANKS - ORDER BACK-OFFICE **

A new section is added to the backoffice of your order allowing you to:
  • Print the personalized thank you note.
  • Mark the thank you as a gift for your management, communication or sales team.
This new section also shows the coupon code generated with the expiry date, and the thank you scenario applied.
In case you manage all your parcels at one time, the module offers to print every Thanks in one click, found in the tab "My Thanks" within the module.

** MY THANKS **
"Your page to supervise and interact with generated Thanks"

The module’s My Thanks page lists all the Thanks generated by the module. You will be able to consult, supervise and interact with each of the Thanks and more.


For EACH Thanks generated,
Check out:
  • Thank you note, order reference, customer information, applied scenario.
  •  If the Thanks has been scanned, if the generated coupon has been used, if the Thanks has been converted.
Interact with each Thanks:
  •     Print
  •     Mark a Thank you note as done or pending to do. 
  •     Choose a different note template than the one selected by your scenario
  •     See an overview of the thank you note
  •     See a preview of the Thank you page that your customer will see after scanning the QRCode on their thank you note

Interact on a selection of Thanks, to quickly make an action on them:

Thanks generation on demand
The Thanks generation generally is setup to be automatic, but this page also includes a step-by-step form that allows you to generate a set of thanks manually for a selection of orders.
This interesting feature if you want to generate Thanks for old orders (before installing the module) or for orders that did not have their Thanks generated.

When customers scan their QRCode, they are redirected to the Thank you page of your shop.
The content of this page is managed in the scenario.
You are able to define a different content according to your set conditions (new customers, marketplace customers, ...).
