Installation
1. Download the plug-in
2. Create a RoverCash customer account
3. Download RoverCash app on the tablet: Open the PlayStore > Type "RoverCash" in the search bar > Open the application form > Start the installation
4. Log in to the RoverCash client account from the tablet (account created in step 2.). The connected tablet becomes visible on the Prestashop back office, in "PlugIn" section.
5. Synchronize your data: Go back to the tablet > Open the RoverCash application > "Configuration" Menu > "PlugIn" tab > Select "PrestaShop plug-in"> Start synchronization
Product catalog: During the first connection, your entire PrestaShop catalog is sent to RoverCash: product sheets, visuals, brands, categories, related items. Don't change your habits and continue managing your catalogue on Prestashop, every subsequent changes on your product sheets will be sent in real time to RoverCash
Inventory Management: Every in-store sale effected on RoverCash sends a stock update to PrestaShop.
Order management: "Shop pick-up" orders placed on your website are sent to RoverCash. Nothing easier then. When a customer places an order online and chooses to pick their purchase in-store, your seller receives a notification and can initiate the order preparation. Order status is sent to PrestaShop which warns your customer when his order is ready. Thus, he can come to your shop and retreive his purchase after signing on the tablet.
Other native features of RoverCash:
Sales and receipts: Registration of sales, receipt printing or emailing, products returns management by generating corresponding credit notes or refunds.
Checkout: Manage all means of payment: cash, checks, credit cards, gift certificates, loyalty points, etc. Sales are made in just a few seconds.
Directory: Customer database management : names, categories, contact details, pictures, purchase history and customer loyalty management.
Statistics: Access to detailed sales statistics: revenue, margins, number of tickets, shopping cart, new customers acquisition.
