Setup Setup options
Enter the ‘’id’’ of an order status. Standard = ‘’offer’’. By making an order, you’re able to choose from ‘’offer’’ or ‘’order’’. By choosing ‘’offer’’ an invoice for the customer is prepared and the order is not processed (yet). ‘’Order’’ is an standard button, this one can always be chosen.
Enter transportation costs, separated by ‘’|’’. For example: ‘’pick up at store|deliver’’. These options are displayed in a drop-down menu in the order screen. Enter besides this the transporter costs, in the form of tax rate.
Enter paying methods, as for example ‘’pin|cash’’. The options are displayed in a drop-down menu in the order screen. This is displayed at Payment > Partly paid/Fully paid > Pin/Cash. An automatic possibility to enter a manually entered amount at Partly paid is shown. This is also shown on the invoice.
Enter extra products which apply to every order, as service costs. These costs are automatically generated on the invoice, the amount can be adjusted in the order screen. This can also be €0,-, in this case nothing is shown on the invoice.
Enter under which tax rate discount is charged. Discount is automatically generated on the invoice. The amount of discount can be adjusted in the order screen.
Enter under which tax rate products are charged. Every product and other prices are then charged under the chosen tax rate. The option is shown at the order screen.
Add/remove sales employees. For example: ‘’Jan|Kees|Jaap’’. List of choice is displayed in a drop- down menu in the order screen. Option can be turned off, to keep every sales employee anonymous. Sales employee is shown in the specific order in the list of total orders.
Add/remove sales types. For example: ‘’counter sale|telephone sale’’. List of choice is displayed in a drop-down menu. Option can be turned off. Sales type is shown in the specific order in the list of total orders.
Order screen Add a product
Search for an existing product: standard view of four products by entering a minimum of 3 characters. Product name + product description + price (incl. or excl. taxes) are automatically generated by choosing a product.
Add a new product: enter product name + product description + price (incl. or excl. taxes) + potential customized price + taxes + number of products.
Customize the price (customized price), if desired. The price can be customized if a fixed amount of discount over a single product is desired. The customized price is shown on the invoice, the original price isn’t shown for the customer.
Choose the accompanying tax rate. Standard 21%, the drop-down menu offers all options that are entered in the setup options.
Change the number of orders. Standard number is 1.
Prices Change the tax rate that is charged over all products. Every added product, is shown under the chosen tax rate. When you, for example, choose for: excl. taxes, even the products at ‘’add a product’’ are directly shown excl. taxes. On the invoice are also only prices displayed excl. taxes. This also applies to discounts, shipping costs and service costs.
Search for customers/add customers
Search for customers by entering a last name or postal code. By entering a minimum of 3 characters, a list of suggestions is displayed.
Search for customers by entering a company name. By entering a minimum of 3 characters, a list of suggestions is displayed.
Enter a new customer (person or company). Choose from sir/madame, company, surname*, last name*, e-mail*, address*, address (2), postal code*, city*, country*, other, telephone number, mobile telephone number*, address name* (standard = delivery address). The customer is directly displayed when searched for last name/postal code or company name.
Invoicing address is automatically also the delivery address. Add a new address to change.
Payment and delivery
Choose from not fulfilled/partly fulfilled/fulfilled.
Not fulfilled offers different delivery options: deliver after payment is received, payment during delivery.
Partly fulfilled offers different payment methods: pay by pin or pay by cash. Payment in advance can be entered manually. Amount is also displayed on the invoice. Delivery options: deliver after payment is received, payment during delivery.
Fulfilled offers different payment methods: pay by pin or pay by cash. Delivery options: deliver, directly given to customer.
Delivery method Choose from three delivery methods (carrier): deliver, picked up by customer, picked up by mechanic. By choosing deliver, delivery note is automatically being made as soon as the total payment has been received. The delivery note is shown directly after the order screen has been closed. If the payment hasn’t been fully received, the delivery note isn’t shown.
Message on invoice/message on delivery note
Add a personal message to the invoice. This is shown at the bottom of the invoice and can be entered manually for every order. By not entering, nothing will be shown.
Add a personal message to the delivery note. This is shown on the delivery note, which is exclusively visible for the deliverer. For example, write something down about special occasions at the customer’s house.
The messages can be seen at the specific order in the total order overview. Once the invoice hasn’t been sent, the message can still be adjusted. This could be the case if the order hasn’t been fully fulfilled yet and the order is awaiting the customer payment.
