What this module does for you

The module allows you to have proof of collect / delivery of each order by keeping the customer's electronic signature in your database as well as the date and time of signature. The signature is directly linked to each order and visible in the back office. No collect or delivery can be contested.

Fully compatible with "Drive / Click & collect" and "Home Delivery with slots & areas" modules.

What your customers will like

For your customers, the reception of their order by click & collect or receipt via a courier will be simplified. He just needs to show the order confirmation email from his smartphone which will contain:

  • the order number (ID)
  • a unique QR code allowing it to be scanned with a 2D reader or compatible mobile application
  • during validation, he automatically receives a notification confirming the recovery of his order and a dedicated email (if the option is enabled)
