Improve customer service management
Through this module, the order statuses that you configure in the module will be automatically updated.
For example, suppose you want the orders that are pending payment to go "canceled" after 3 days. You only have to configure this rule in the module and create the scheduled task so that it executes once per day.
You can create all the rules you want, always with these 3 fields: Initial state of the order, state to which it passes, and after that number of days apply the change.
