This module adds an Info Box on your site, advising your customers about the GDPR. It also asks your visitors to give their consent when submitting personal information on your website. Meets all the General Data Protection Regulation requirements.

What this module does for you

Improve customer relations

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) has been implemented on 25 May 2018. All companies handling EU resident data will be required to follow the new regulation or risk fines of up to 20 000 000 EUR or 4% of annual worldwide turnover. By already starting to adopt the regulation, you save yourself from last-minute stress and ensure your customers that you are serious about handling and protecting their personal data.

If your company has presence in the EU or sells to EU residents, GDPR compliance is required. The intent of the GDPR module is to provide means for understanding and complying with the various requirements specified in the regulation.

Multi-Store Usage

This module is compatible with multi-store Prestashop. You can install the module in all your stores in a multi-store and use different configurations for each of them or configure once for all stores.

Multi-Language Usage

This module is compatible with multi-language Prestashop. Our module allows you to change the text for each language you want to have it in your website.

Clients can request the removal of their personal data
Your clients will be able to download all the data stored on your shop relating to their profile
Your clients will have to accept the Legal info and allow collecting cookies

DSGVO also known as GDPR is a sensitive topic. Though this module might fulfil the regulations it is the poorest regarding translation (DE) so far. No-Go. It also prevented guest orders even though they accepted everything (Cookies etc.) on the website. Update for version 3: The guys obviously worked to improve the module. The translations are still sometimes a little awkward and you will need some fantasy in order to know what they mean, but you can work with the module now, in PS it does what it is supposed to do.
