This module is only for merchants who have a PORT PAYE contract with the FRENCH "la poste". Once installed, it will be necessary to validate the labels by post before being able to use the module, the procedure is explained in the module but this may take a little time. After validation, the post office will give you the tracking number ranges to be able to use the module.
This module allows you to directly generate postage paid postage labels, from the backoffice of your shop, without going through the prepafacile or prepasecure software.

The labels are generated in mass, or little by little over the water.

No need to import or export orders, everything is done directly on the prestashop bakoffice.

HUGE time savings on the preparation of orders to be sent by tracked mail.

Better follow-up of tracked mail shipments and the assignment of the number to the correct order.

The module automatically collects the addresses and data of orders in follow-up mail, assigns a follow-up number to the order and generates the label in PDF format which you can then print and paste. The module generates the deposit slip.

The module also allows you to change the status of the order (being prepared, shipped, etc.).

The installation of the module is very simple, just install it and configure very simply.


1) This module only works if you have a PORT PAYE contract with the post office and you are therefore using Pre-Pass or Pre-Work for the moment to send your parcels. It does not work with an MAY or other contract, only the PAID PORT that you must have before use.

2) Before using the software, FOR EACH SHOP you will need to have test labels validated by post. The Post will only give tracking numbers to generate the labels if it validates the test labels. Just print labels via our module and send them by mail for validation, but it can take a little time.
We explain the procedure to follow to validate the labels in the module.

3) The PDF of the labels and generated on an A4 page with 4 labels per sheet. It is therefore necessary that you have in your possession a printer as well as A4 sticker paper divided into 4. It is the same format as the pre-security software.

Just enter the information of your PORT PAYE contract (authorization number, coclico, tracking range, ...)
Then define the characteristics of your follow-up mail and your preferences. You have to define the carrier and choose the status changes.

Use :

On the first page of the module will appear the list of all orders to be sent by tracked mail, these are orders of a certain status and carrier.
Just check the orders you want to ship (one or more), you can do it little by little then click on "generate labels"

By pressing generate the labels: Orders will change their status from "payment accepted" to "preparation in progress" (or the status you want), orders will exit the list of labels and go to the list below "preparation in progress ”, a tracking number will be assigned to each order and a PDF will be created to print the labels.

The PDF of the labels and generated on an A4 format page with 4 labels per sheet. It is therefore necessary that you have in your possession a printer as well as A4 sticker paper divided into 4. It is the same format as the pre-security software.

You can generate new labels all day and pass them through the list at the bottom.

Once all the orders are ready, just click on "Generate the Voucher"

By pressing generate the slip:

Orders will go from the status "in preparation" to "shipped" (or the status you want), customers will receive an email with the tracking number (if configured via status), the List containing all orders will be printed in PDF to give to the post during the collection.

- Generate labels from the backoffice without external software
- Generates labels on the fly or in bulk or both
- A history of all PDF printing, labels and slip is kept, with the date and time, to easily find the data and reprint if necessary.
- An alert message is provided when there are missing tracking numbers in the range and it will be necessary to recommend them to the post.
